Mission Statement
The Fitch and Strong group was founded in 2009 with the Mission to bring Business and Individual retirement planning to business owners and their employees. Matt and Bryan’s partnership first started at Wells Fargo private client service group where Bryan was doing personal financial planning and Matt was a licensed business banker.
They both left Wells Fargo to start their own practices and joined together as The Fitch & Strong Group in 2009 at LPL Financial. In 2016, The Fitch and Strong group added a Business planning veteran, Sean Daly. Sean met Matt at A.G Edwards in 2007 and from 2007-current has been working with Company Retirement, 401K plans and Individual Retirement Planning. In 2016, Sean decided to join the Fitch & Strong Group to utilize the resources LPL has to offer their Independent Team.
In 2017, through a shared relationship with Great Valley Advisor Group and LPL Financial, Amanda Luke and Jon Jandro joined the Fitch & Strong Group team. Amanda has come on board as our Operations Assistant and Jon as our Participant Planning Advisor. As The Fitch & Strong Group continues to grow we continuously look for ways to strengthen our staff and seek to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
